From the Audi Le Mans quattro to the Audi Nuvolari / Cars and Design / Episode 2
From the Audi Le Mans Quattro to the Audi Nuvolari In this episode of Cars and Design, we examine the concept cars that have helped shape modern automotive design. A concept car is rarely just a styling exercise. It is a laboratory in which manufacturers can experiment with proportions, aerodynamics, materials, technology, and new design languages before committing them to production. Some concepts become famous precisely because they never reach the showroom. The 1991 BMW Na
Cars & Design: Where Automotive Design Meets Technology : Episode 1
No, this is not another Star Wars story. At Basket, we are experimenting with a new category: Cars & Design. We are not trying to become Car and Driver, and we are certainly not interested in simply counting horsepower, acceleration times, or cupholders. Instead, this series is about something more fundamental: why cars look the way they do, how they are created, and why certain designs stay in our memories long after the engine has stopped. GTA VI — First Impressions
Yesterday evening, we at Basket logged into Netflix to watch the Grand Theft Auto VI presentation. Thankfully, we had no trouble watching it, and after seeing what Rockstar Games has prepared, we have a few thoughts to share. First, the game looks seriously impressive. We saw the PS5 version, and if the PC version delivers the same level of detail—with the performance and graphical settings PC players expect—it could be absolutely massive.
